| Currently at the helm of three companies in the Financial Services & Consultancy space, creating and growing businesses is not new for Harshad. He made his beginnings with Larsen & Toubro as a Graduate Trainee after completing his BE from VIT Pune. In a short 2 year stint at L&T he was promoted to a Management Executive, and assessed to be a high level performer and selected for their esteemed Management Leadership Program. His passion for finance, however, called him to move on to creating his own investment advisory and wealth management company - Intercontinental Investments (2003), closely followed by Excelman India (2004) and his deepened involvement with the Ajit Lahoti Charitable Foundation where he serves as a Director. For the last 6 years, Harshad has grown his ventures into reputed, self sufficient businesses that fuel their own growth.
While his investment banking knowledge gives him an edge in evaluating businesses and investment opportunities, it is his extensive experience in creating super specialised, highly motivated teams and lean, optimised workflows and processes that Harshad is known best for. Harshad is known to be an astute problem solver and brilliant negotiator with the ability to think on his feet, while being meticulous and detailed in everything he undertakes. Among other things, he brings to the table the ability to create and build brands and bring about winning partnerships capable of handling whatever curveball the market throws at them.

| Armed with a B.Tech from IIT Mumbai, Abhijeet worked with Deloitte Consulting as an Associate Consultant before moving on to found his own company, Pronto Infotech, in the ITES space. Here, he faced and overcame the challenges that come with setting up an enterprise, and in the last 4 years, has created a successful venture with a multi-crore revenue stream. He has worked with numerous clients across industries and in various functional domains including Tax, Retail, HR, E-Commerce, Web, Supply Chain, Technology, Banking and others.
Having consulted in both business and technical capacities, and with the extensive experience working directly and indirectly for various functional domains, Abhijeet has the ability to evaluate ventures across the board and help entrepreneurs with intelligent cost planning through optimisation of systems, processes and networks, as well as creating and achieving targets. With his wide network of professionals from various verticals like operations, finance, accounting, and marketing, Abhijeet is not only able to help stem temporary gaps, but also generate business. |

An alumni of SIBM Pune, Manish has worked with Lintas, JWT, Gillette & Coca-Cola in senior managerial positions. In 1996, he ventured out from the confines of working at MNCs to establish Retailscape Management Services, now a premier brand & retail consulting company. Retailscape, specializes in providing innovative solutions that deliver results, through a comprehensive understanding of brands, consumers, shoppers and the different trade channels. In a career spanning over 16 years, Manish has a track record of successfully growing startup businesses in industries as diverse as Industrial Gases, Automobiles, IT, Telecom and Outsourcing. He has been associated with companies like BOC, Tata Motors, Global E-Secure, Ramco Systems and Datacraft. Before venturing out of a successful corporate career, Manish was responsible to build and grow the $80 million advanced IT Solutions business at Datacraft India. His entrepreneurial vision saw him start up Dreamspace India, a modern Interior Design venture that is profitable and fast growing organization from year one.

| A professional with around 20 years of work experience, Venkatesh is currently a Consultant and Advisor offering services in the Technology and Transformation space. Prior to this, Venkatesh was with Motorola as Director, Information Technology for Asia, with primary responsibility in the area of IT and Transformation. He has also held leadership positions with large multi-national corporations such as Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble.
Venkatesh is an accomplished senior management IT professional, highly skilled in Department operations and Technology implementations. His background includes extensive experience managing strategic initiatives, Planning, Establishing and directing technology programs and leading IT functions across locations and geographies. He has established and directed highly successful, multi-million dollar Enterprise technology and transformation programs, planned and carried out the start-up of new businesses, while serving as a traditional CIO for top Fortune 50 companies.
In addition to being an MBA in Business Management, Venkatesh is currently pursuing his Doctorate (Ph.D). He also holds several certifications from prestigious institutes in the areas of Project Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, ISACA and some Key Information Technology competency areas.

| Ashwani is an IIT graduate, entrepreneur, a strategist and a thinker. He carries diverse professional experience in the fields of Business Strategy, Investment Research, Business and Market analysis, Intellectual Property, Valuation etc. He has worked with leading research and analytics KPO, investment bank, IT consulting firm etc. As an entrepreneur he has co-founded KPO start-up earlier. He carries national and international scientific research publications in his name and his asset valuation reports have been used for mediation purposes, start-up funding, acquisition cases etc. His major areas of work include Investment Research & Analysis (Financial Modeling, Company Research and Company Valuation), Intellectual Property Consulting (IP Strategy, IP Research & Analysis, Technology Licensing and IP Valuation), Business and Market Analysis (Market Intelligence, Company Research, New Market Entry and Partner Identification) and Start-up Consulting (Business Plan Writing, Fund Raising, Strategy Consulting and IP Advisory).
